We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security. This Privacy Policy applies to the privacy practices on THESKOOP.ca (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy describes how THESKOOP.ca collects, uses, discloses and otherwise manages personal information from individuals who access some of our services but do not have accounts (“Visitors”) as well as those who pay a service fee to subscribe to the Service (“Members”). Collection and Use of Personal Information

Registration: Members are asked to provide certain personal information when they sign up for our services including name, address, telephone number, email address, billing information (such as a credit card number), interests, hobbies, age group and the type of personal computer being used to access the services. The personal information collected from Members during the registration process is used to manage each Member's account (such as for security and billing purposes). In addition, we use the personal information to keep our Members connected and informed about events, adventures and activities of their choice.

Make a Reservation or Purchase a Ticket: When you make a reservation or purchase a ticket to an event, your billing address is automatically updated to your profile and becomes your mailing address, and any money that you earn as a Skoop Ambassador is maintained on your email account and will be updated upon use. In order to receive your Ambassador commissions, your profile must include your correct first name, last name, and mailing address.

Consent to Receive Communications: From time to time, we may obtain your consent to send you email, SMS text messages and other communications about products, services, promotions or events relating to THESKOOP.ca that may be of interest to you.

Contact Us: When you contact us with an inquiry or comment, we collect the information you provide such as your name and email address. You may be asked for additional information that identifies you, such as your name, address or phone number, along with additional information we need to promptly respond to your inquiry. THESKOOP.ca does not use this information for any purpose other than responding to your inquiry or comment.

Surveys and Customer Research: We may periodically offer you the opportunity to participate in one of our business or individual customer surveys or other customer research.
